I've been writing all my life but more seriously since I was 12 years old. It was mostly poems when I first started but I've also got a couple of short stories and novels up my sleeves! One of my favorite places to go for my writings is Booksie. I've met a lot of wonderful people there and have gotten a great amount of help with my stories and poems. It's a great place to meet great people whom have the same interests as I do.
I also have several novellas that I've put up on the Booksie site for my readers to enjoy! And even one novel called "Simply Kate" which is totally out of my genre but it was a really fun novel to do. Even our young audience would enjoy reading that one. It's not too graphic and the story line is great for the younger audience. I hope you all enjoy it!
Booksie has all of my poems and short stories. My favorite Genre? Anything that is suspenseful. I love mystery and crime, horror but not too bloody and a good haunting every once in a while always does a body good!
These are just two of my favorite sites. When you stop by Booksie please read my novel "Elizabeth McBride". Elizabeth is a ghost. This is her story. A baby born out of wedlock to a rich and powerful family. A small baby locked up in a room upstairs with no contact to the outside world except with one person, Martha Jean, the lady who took care of her. See what happens to her during her life as a seclude. Read about Elizabeth as she handles situations, and weaves through the web of lies and deceit that was built for her.
Although Elizabeth McBride is my pride and joy I have other novels up on Booksie. "Simply Kate" is a great novel for the young audience. It's about Kate whom is the most popular girl in school. You'd be surprised at what Kate seems to day dream about. Please join Kate and Martha Jane as they venture and grow into young adults through all of the twists and turns in life.
"Chilling and Twisted" another one of my favorite novels and in my favorite genre is also placed on Booksie. Janet's lost her mind. She doesn't know what happened or how she got here. All she knows is something's not right and her best friend Bonnie is determined to get to the bottom of it. It's chilling. It's evil and it's twisted. I hope you like it.
There are also many short stories on Booksie as well. Short stories are a little harder for me because I'm a pretty wordy person. I even tried one in second person and it came out pretty well. (I think).
In the near future I will be posting more short stories. I'm also planning on doing some articles but I haven't decided on what yet. Articles are a little bit more difficult because I would have to put down fact and not opinion and that's virtually impossible for me to do. (LoL).
I do hope you enjoy venturing through my stories. I haven't mentioned them all on here in hopes that you'll explore the site and find out what you might like. :)
Below are just a few of my poems that I have over at Booksie. I call it My Cubby Hole because they're all tucked away in a desk cubby that I search through every time I want one. You'd think I'd clean it out, or something.
